Yeah my company is so meeting-obsessed, it drives me nuts. I was already full-time WFH (I live across country from our main office) and in some ways this has been a good thing. Now at least when they have meetings it's not like I'm the one person dialed in, where the people in the room would just ignore me and have side-conversations and make it effectively impossible for me to participate. So I can actually hear the meeting and participate on an equal footing now.

On the other hand, they invite me to way more meetings and I have come to realize that all of the shit I couldn't hear when I was dialed in to a conference room meeting was probably a total waste of time anyway.
